Cherry Tomato Fettuccine

My new go-to way to incorporate cherry tomatoes into a pasta! This creamy cherry tomato fettuccine will soon be your new favorite creamy pasta.




• 2 cups Cherry tomatoes

• Olive oil

• 4 tbsp butter

• 3 large cloves garlic

• 1 tbsp flour

• 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream

• .25 cups milk

• 1 cup Parmesan

• Salt

• Pepper

• Finely chopped basil

• Fettuccine pasta


1) Heat olive oil & sauté cherry tomatoes then remove from pan

2) In same pan melt butter then add garlic and cook until golden brown

3) Add in your flour and whisk. Keep whisking as you add your cream, milk and parmesan. You will notice the sauce will start to thicken.

4) Add basil, salt & pepper

5) Add back the cherry tomatoes and pasta

6) Mix all together & Enjoy! more parmesan on top is recommended but not required :)
